Locum GNC acknowledges internationally proclaimed human rights and is committed to combat slavery and human trafficking. We are a healthcare recruitment consultancy company that specialises in temporary and permanent solutions to both NHS and private organisations throughout the United Kingdom.

As an organisation, we are committed to ensuring that there is no slavery or human trafficking in any part of our supply chains or business. We show our commitment through our internal policies and procedures. All members of staff have a personal responsibility for the prevention of slavery and human trafficking.

Company Due Diligence Processes for Slavery & Human Trafficking

Locum GNC’s Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy reflects this commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all its business relationships. It also reflects the commitment to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains. The Policy implements processes to identify, monitor and mitigate risk areas, as well as encouraging reporting and protecting whistle blowers.

Measurement of Effectiveness

Locum GNC is committed to continuous improvement of its commitment to the Modern Slavery Act and on annual review will look to make improvements to its processes. The HR team are responsible for recording and measuring its effectiveness and its requirements for improvement year on year.

Employees are required to comply with all aspects of the law and our internal employee handbook and its policies and procedures. It outlines what employees need to do should a specific case of modern slavery be identified and who to contact should any signs be identified.
