We are expanding our bank of Remote Practice Nurses and are inviting applications from experienced clinicians interested in flexible, remote-based primary care work.

This is not a specific shift vacancy. Registration will place you on our bank, giving you access to upcoming remote sessions as they become available.

Requirements:

• NMC registration
• Experience working in primary care or GP practices
• Experience in general practice nursing
• Experience with chronic disease management and long-term condition reviews
• Experience with patient reviews, health checks and treatment plans
• Experience with SystemOne and/or EMIS Web
• Access to a secure laptop or desktop with either SystemOne or EMIS Web already installed
• Excellent clinical decision-making and communication skills
• Reliable broadband connection and a private, suitable workspace
