Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the operations of a care facility in the West Midlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of our supported living services, ensuring high-quality care is provided to all residents. Supported by an MDT, service manager, deputy manager and senior support worker, we are confident that this is a good opportunity.
Duties:
- Develop and implement care plans in line with residents' needs with the MDT
- Supervise and lead a team of care staff, providing guidance and support
- Manage medication administration and ensure compliance with regulations
- Coordinate mental health services and activities with MDT
- Oversee the delivery of home care services to residents
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents
- Handle administrative tasks related to the management of the care facility
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in working with mental health service users
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Proficient in medication administration procedures
- Experience in mental health services in supported living and knowledge of best practices
- Previous experience in supervising staff within a care setting
