Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the operations of a care facility in the West Midlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of our supported living services, ensuring high-quality care is provided to all residents. Supported by an MDT, service manager, deputy manager and senior support worker, we are confident that this is a good opportunity. 

Duties:

  • Develop and implement care plans in line with residents' needs with the MDT
  • Supervise and lead a team of care staff, providing guidance and support
  • Manage medication administration and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Coordinate mental health services and activities with MDT
  • Oversee the delivery of home care services to residents
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the management of the care facility

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in working with mental health service users
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Proficient in medication administration procedures
  • Experience in mental health services in supported living and knowledge of best practices
  • Previous experience in supervising staff within a care setting
